1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for using Altmind!

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Altmind's AI-powered productivity assistant, along with any associated software applications and websites (all together, "Services"). These Terms form an agreement between you and Altmind, and they include important provisions for resolving disputes. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.

2. Who We Are

Altmind is an AI-powered productivity assistant designed to help users manage tasks, organize information, and enhance productivity through intelligent automation. Our mission is to make productivity effortless through AI assistance.

3. Registration and Access

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

3.2 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3.3 Corporate Domains

If you create an account using an email address owned by an organization (for example, your employer), that account may be added to the organization's business account with us, in which case we will provide notice to you so that you can help facilitate the transfer of your account. Once your account is transferred, the organization's administrator will be able to control your account, including being able to access Content and restrict or remove your access to the account.

4. Using Our Services

4.1 What You Can Do

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as any documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.

4.2 What You Cannot Do

You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:

• Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates anyone's rights
• Modify, copy, lease, sell or distribute any of our Services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services
• Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output
• Represent that Output was human-generated when it was not
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumvent any rate limits or restrictions
• Use Output to develop models that compete with Altmind

4.3 Third Party Services

Our Services may include third party software, products, or services ("Third Party Services") and some parts of our Services may include output from those services ("Third Party Output"). Third Party Services and Third Party Output are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

4.4 Feedback

We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

5. Tool Integrations and Required Permissions

5.1 Integration Overview

Altmind integrates with various third-party tools and services to enhance your productivity experience. These integrations allow Altmind to access, read, and sometimes modify data in connected services on your behalf.

By connecting third-party services to Altmind, you grant us the necessary permissions to:

• Automated Actions: With your permission, Altmind can create, update, or complete tasks automatically

Your use of third-party integrations is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those services. Altmind is not responsible for changes to third-party service terms or the availability of integrations.

6. Content

6.1 Your Content

You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.

6.2 Ownership of Content

As between you and Altmind, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output.

6.3 Similarity of Content

Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally, Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar Output from our Services. Our assignment above does not extend to other users' Output or any Third Party Output.

6.4 Our Use of Content

We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and policies, and keep our Services safe.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.

7. Our IP Rights

We and our affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. You may only use our name and logo in accordance with our guidelines.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All features will function as expected
• AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate
• The Services will meet your specific requirements

10.2 AI-Specific Disclaimers

AI-generated content may not be suitable for all purposes. You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content for any purpose.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altmind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altmind, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Content you submit or generate using our Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Good Faith Negotiation: Parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation in Dubai
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)

13.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date below

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altmind regarding the use of our Services.
