1. Interpretation and definitions

1.1 Interpretation

The words of which the first letter is capitalized have the meaning defined below, whether they are used in the singular or plural.

1.2 Definitions

  • Company refers to: Cromekol OÜ, a company incorporated under Estonian law, whose registered office is located in Estonia, or any legal entity succeeding it, including a company incorporated in the United States.
  • Service refers to the Altmind platform, accessible via mobile application, web interface or any other medium.
  • Application refers to the Altmind software.
  • User / You refers to any natural person using the Service for personal and non-professional purposes.
  • User Content refers to any data, text, message, task, information or instruction provided by You via the Service.
  • Country refers to the country in which the Company is legally established at the time of the facts.

2. Purpose of the Service

Altmind is a digital assistance service allowing users to manage tasks, reminders, messages, emails, calendars and automations via conversational interfaces.

The Service provides organizational and informational assistance, and does not replace a human professional.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

If You do not accept these Terms, You must not use the Service.

You declare:

  • to be at least 18 years old, and
  • to have the legal capacity necessary to accept these Terms.

4. User account and security

You are responsible for:

  • the information provided when creating Your account,
  • the confidentiality of Your credentials,
  • any activity carried out via Your account.

The Company cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from Your negligence.

5. Authorized use

You undertake not to use the Service for:

  • illegal or fraudulent activities,
  • sending illegal, abusive or harmful content,
  • circumventing security systems,
  • automating or sending communications in violation of applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of abusive or manifestly contrary use to these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of Your User Content.

By using the Service, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, limited, and strictly necessary license to:

  • provide,
  • maintain,
  • improve the Service.

The Company does not exploit Your content for commercial purposes independent of the Service.

7. Artificial intelligence – important limitations

The Service partly relies on automated systems and artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

  • responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated,
  • the Service does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax, etc.).

You remain solely responsible for decisions taken on the basis of information provided by the Service.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

The Company does not guarantee:

  • continuous availability,
  • absence of errors,
  • universal compatibility with all systems.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time.

The Company may suspend or terminate access:

  • in case of violation of these Terms,
  • for security reasons,
  • or in case of manifest abuse.

Any termination will be carried out in compliance with applicable law, particularly for consumers in the European Union.

10. Liability

10.1 General principle

The Company is responsible in accordance with applicable law.

10.2 Limitations

To the extent permitted by law:

  • the Company's liability is limited to direct damages,
  • it cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss or immaterial harm.

10.3 EU Consumers

No provision of these Terms limits Your imperative rights as a European consumer.

11. Links and third-party services

The Service may contain links to third-party services.

The Company exercises no control over these services and declines all responsibility regarding their content or operation.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

12.1 Applicable law

These Terms are governed by:

  • Estonian law when the Company is established in Estonia,
  • or the law of the State of Wyoming (United States) if the Company is subsequently established there.

12.2 Consumers

If You are a consumer in the European Union, You benefit from the imperative provisions of the law of Your country of residence.

13. Modifications

The Company may modify these Terms.

In case of substantial modification, reasonable notice will be provided.

Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance.
